Online dispute resolution in accordance with Article 14 Para. 1 ODR-VO, OS platform

The EU Commission has created an internet platform for online dispute resolution (so-called “OS platform”). The OS platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online contracts. The OS platform can be reached under the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obliged and not willing to take part in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

Objection to sending unsolicited advertising information 

The person responsible objects to the use of his contact details published as part of the imprint obligation for the purpose of sending advertising or information materials that have not been expressly approved. 

If unsolicited advertising information is sent, in particular advertising brochures by post or advertising emails, the person responsible expressly reserves the right to take legal action.
